Alongside this, learning about digital wellness helps them manage screen time, improve focus, strengthen social connections, and develop lifelong habits of mindful technology use that support both personal well-being and responsible citizenship.

Small Joys - Little Things Students are Thankful For
Gratitude is proven to boost happiness and well-being, so we asked students to share the small joys they’re most thankful for each day. Here are some of the most popular answers:
Playing music, seeing friends, reading books, being outdoors, gaming, working out, spending time with pets, journaling, eating, relaxing in room, going to church & praying, nice weather, being with family, being in silence, going on night drives, baking treats, drawing, going outside, beach sunsets, playing sports, and just making it through the day!
Thank you Titans for these great answers. These everyday moments remind us that even the smallest joys can make a big difference in our health and happiness.
