19th Annual 5K, Picnic, & Health Fair

Odyssey Charter Schools had a fantastic turnout on Saturday, February 24, 2024, at the 19th Annual 5K. The bounce house was a favorite among the younger kids, and the DJ was a fun motivator as runners circled the track.

Student Attending After School Events

Attention Students and Parents:

Students attending events after school, such as athletic games, concerts, and dances, must go home at regular dismissal and return to campus no sooner than 30 minutes before the event. There is no supervision for students to remain on campus after dismissal until the event.

WHAT'S HAPPENING ON THE ODYSSEY JR/SR CAMPUS?

Commercial Art

Commercial Art 1 students are learning how to create Low-Poly designs which is a contemporary style used in video game design, animation, and illustration. The art style uses geometric shapes, primarily triangles, to create images with flat colors applied to each polygon. These talented digital artists are taking their time to make amazing creations for the end of year art show!

American Legion Oratorical Competition Winner

Congratulations to Nicholas Welsh for his win on Saturday, February 24, 2024, at the Eastern Area competition. He competed in the American Legion Oratorical competition and came in first place at Post 394.  This allowed him to compete in the District 12 competition, where he won again.   Now, he will compete for the state championship on March 30th.  That winner will compete at the national level in Michigan in the middle of May.
